Here at OLM, we want you to love your shirt. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.
Returns
•Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
•Original tags must be attached.
•Items showing signs of wear, odor, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Refunds
•All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
•Store credit will be sent via email and never expires.
•No refunds to original payment methods (this helps us keep prices fair and our small business running).
Non-Returnable Items
•Final sale or clearance items
•Gift cards'
•Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
Return Shipping
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
•Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
•If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
