  • Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Pre-Order & Delayed Shipment Items

Some shirts are produced in limited runs or released as pre-order items.

  • Items marked as pre-order or delayed shipment will ship on or after the date listed on the product page.

  • Orders containing pre-order or delayed shipment items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production or supply chain delays.

By purchasing a pre-order or delayed shipment item, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing time.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Ola Love Marketplace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
